By accessing or using YoloKlub (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What YoloKlub is

YoloKlub is a community platform that helps residents of a society discover, connect with, and rate household caregivers (such as nannies, cooks, maids and elder-care professionals). YoloKlub is a facilitator and is not the employer of any caregiver.

3. Verification & your responsibility

While YoloKlub takes reasonable steps to verify caregivers, we do not guarantee the conduct, reliability, or suitability of any caregiver or user. You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering into any arrangement.

4. Ratings & content

Ratings and reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove content that is abusive, false, or violates these terms.

5. Payments

Any payment arrangements between residents and caregivers are made directly between those parties unless otherwise stated. [Specify YoloKlub’s role in payments once finalised.]

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoloKlub is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions or arrangements made through the Platform. [To be reviewed by counsel.]
